Pre-orders let you reserve a product before it's officially released. Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your item. Once released, it ships using the same timeframes as in-stock orders.
You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, pre-orders are non-cancellable as stock is reserved specifically for your order.
We'll notify you by email as soon as possible. Your pre-order will remain active and be fulfilled on the updated release date at no extra charge.

We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe.
Payment is taken immediately at checkout for both in-stock items and pre-orders. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after your payment is processed.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Opened hobby boxes and Pokémon products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be inspected and your refund processed back to your original payment method.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost — including return postage.
