Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

How to Track Your Order
Follow these simple steps to track your delivery:
Step 1 β Check your inbox for your dispatch confirmation email from AstraPulls
Step 2 β Find your tracking number inside the email
Step 3 β Click the tracking link provided, or visit your carrier’s website and enter your tracking number manually
Step 4 β View your live delivery status and estimated arrival date

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Tracking Status Explained
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| π‘ Order Confirmed | Your order has been received and is being prepared |
| π΅ Processing | Your order is being packed and made ready for dispatch |
| π Dispatched | Your order is on its way β tracking is now active |
| π Out for Delivery | Your parcel is with the courier and will arrive today |
| β Delivered | Your order has been successfully delivered |
My Order Is Late
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please don’t worry β here’s what to do:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update
- Check with neighbours or a safe place in case it was left while you were out
- Contact us at support@astrapulls.com or +44 7882 768375 with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately
My Tracking Isn’t Updating
Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
Pre-Order Tracking
For pre-orders, your tracking number will be sent once the product has been released and dispatched. You will receive an email notification at that point β the same process as a standard order.
Order Not Received But Marked as Delivered?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:
- Check around your property, with neighbours, or any safe place noted by the courier
- Allow 24 hours as parcels are occasionally scanned early
- If still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately at support@astrapulls.com β we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf
