At AstraPulls, we believe in growing the hobby together. Whether you’re a retailer, reseller, content creator, or small business looking to stock premium hobby products, we’d love to explore a wholesale partnership with you.
Who Can Apply
We welcome wholesale enquiries from:
- 🏪 Independent hobby & game stores
- 📦 Online retailers and resellers
- 🎥 Content creators and pack opening channels
- 🎪 Event organisers and convention vendors
- 🏫 Schools, clubs, and community groups
We review each application individually. Meeting the criteria above does not guarantee approval.
Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale Pricing & Discounts
Approved wholesale partners benefit from:
- Competitive trade pricing below standard retail
- Volume-based discounts — the more you order, the more you save
- Early access to new product launches and pre-order allocations
- Priority stock allocation during high-demand releases
Exact pricing is provided upon approval and is subject to a signed wholesale agreement.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront for all wholesale orders
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe
- All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP)
- Invoices are issued upon order confirmation
- Payment plans are not currently available
Shipping & Delivery
- All wholesale orders are dispatched from our UK-based location
- Processing time is 2–5 business days for wholesale orders
- Delivery timeframes vary based on order size and destination
- Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated at checkout
- For large volume orders, we will provide a custom shipping quote
Returns & Refunds
Wholesale orders are subject to the following return conditions:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items
- All return requests must be authorised in advance by contacting us at support@astrapulls.com
- Opened or damaged products are non-returnable unless faulty
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned stock
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless the item is faulty
Product Authenticity
All products supplied through our wholesale programme are:
- 100% genuine and officially licensed
- Sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors
- Supplied with full authenticity assurance
We do not supply grey market, counterfeit, or repackaged products under any circumstances.
How to Apply
Getting started is simple:
Step 1 — Send us a wholesale enquiry to support@astrapulls.com
Step 2 — Include the following in your email:
- Your business name and website (if applicable)
- Type of business and where you plan to sell
- Products you are interested in
- Estimated monthly order volume
Step 3 — Our team will review your application and respond within 3–5 business days
Step 4 — If approved, we’ll send you our wholesale price list and a partnership agreement to sign
Wholesale Agreement
All approved wholesale partners are required to sign a wholesale agreement which covers:
- Pricing and discount structure
- Minimum order commitments
- Resale restrictions and brand guidelines
- Confidentiality of wholesale pricing
- Terms of termination
Brand Guidelines
As an AstraPulls wholesale partner, you agree to:
- Represent our products honestly and accurately
- Not sell products below the recommended retail price (RRP) without prior consent
- Not use AstraPulls branding or imagery without written permission
- Maintain a professional standard in all customer-facing channels
Termination
AstraPulls reserves the right to terminate a wholesale partnership at any time if:
- The partner breaches the wholesale agreement
- Products are misrepresented or sold fraudulently
- The partner engages in conduct damaging to the AstraPulls brand
Upon termination, any outstanding orders will be fulfilled and no further orders will be accepted.
