- For pre-orders, full payment is taken at the time of ordering to reserve your item
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping on all UK orders
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- AstraPulls is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control
- Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery
8. Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders require full payment upfront to reserve your item
- Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- After 48 hours, pre-orders are non-cancellable
- If a product becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically
- Release dates are estimates and subject to change by the manufacturer
9. Returns & Refunds
- You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
