Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment location.


Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.


Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the UK.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (e.g. new product launches or pre-order releases)
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • UK public holidays

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please get in touch and we’ll investigate immediately.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. AstraPulls is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@astrapulls.com — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
