Shipping & Delivery
Yes — always. We offer completely free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch — so you can expect your order within 4–10 business days in total. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK-based location in Sunderland. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll help straight away.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders let you reserve a product before it’s officially released. Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your item. Once the product is released, it’s processed and shipped using the same timeframes as in-stock orders (1–3 days processing, 3–7 days delivery). You’ll receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as it’s on its way.
Orders & Products
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancellation. Reach us at support@astrapulls.com or WhatsApp +44 7882 768375 and we’ll do our best to help. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
100%, without exception. Every product we sell is genuine, officially licensed, and sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors. We never sell counterfeit, repackaged, or tampered products. Your pulls are always the real deal.
Yes! We welcome wholesale enquiries from retailers, resellers, content creators, and event vendors. Minimum order value is £300. To apply, send us your business details and estimated monthly volume to support@astrapulls.com and our team will get back to you within 3–5 business days.
Payments
We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Payment is taken immediately at checkout for both in-stock items and pre-orders. For pre-orders, this secures your allocation before the product releases. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after your payment is successfully processed.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened hobby boxes and Pokémon products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact us at support@astrapulls.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be inspected and your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.
We’re so sorry if that happens — it’s not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@astrapulls.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost to you, including return postage where needed.
