What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes officially available. At AstraPulls, we offer pre-orders on highly anticipated hobby boxes, Pokémon products, and limited releases — so you never miss out.


Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe and we accept Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay
  • Your payment confirms and reserves your item

Processing & Shipping

Pre-orders follow the same processing and shipping timeframes as in-stock orders once the product becomes available:

We will notify you by email as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched.


Release Date Changes

Occasionally, product release dates are changed by manufacturers or distributors. If this happens:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible via the email address on your order
  • Your pre-order will remain active and be fulfilled on the updated release date
  • You will not be charged any additional fees due to a date change

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your pre-order up to 48 hours after placing it for a full refund
  • After 48 hours, pre-orders are non-cancellable as stock is reserved specifically for your order
  • If a product is discontinued or becomes permanently unavailable, you will receive a full refund automatically

Refunds & Returns

Pre-orders follow the same refund and return policy as in-stock orders:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • Refund processing takes up to 10 business days once the return is received

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, please note:

  • Your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available
  • If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders

Product Availability

Pre-orders are subject to stock availability from our suppliers. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order:

  • You will be notified immediately by email
  • full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
