Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority:
- All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology
- We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store your full card details on our servers
- All payments are 3D Secure (3DS2) authenticated where required, adding an extra layer of protection
- Our checkout is fully compliant with PCI-DSS standards
When You Are Charged
- For in-stock items, payment is taken immediately at the time of checkout
- For pre-orders, full payment is also taken at the time of placing the order to reserve your item
Currency
All prices on AstraPulls are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion fee. AstraPulls is not responsible for any foreign exchange charges.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@astrapulls.com
Failed Payments
If your payment fails at checkout:
- Please double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance
- Try an alternative payment method (Apple Pay or Google Pay)
- Contact your bank to ensure there are no blocks on the transaction
- If the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist
Fraud Prevention
AstraPulls takes fraud seriously. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel and refund any order we suspect to be fraudulent
- Request additional verification before processing an order
- Report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities
Invoices & Receipts
A digital receipt is automatically sent to your email upon successful payment. If you require a formal invoice, please contact us at support@astrapulls.com with your order number.
